Abstract: To deal with the problem of turnout converting jam of ZYJ7 electro-hydraulic point machine, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting ZYJ7 turnout action from electric and mechanical characteristics of turnout conversion, and puts forward the adjustment method based on locking in negative sequence, which is proved to be effective in the field.

摘要: 针对ZYJ7型电液转辙机的道岔在运用中存在的转换卡阻问题,从道岔转换的电气特性、机械特性方面,分析影响ZYJ7型道岔动作的关键因素,研究并提出道岔逆序锁闭的调整方式。经现场验证效果显著。
