According to the characteristics of the current data of ZDJ9 switch machine, an improved density peaks clustering (DPC) algorithm is proposed to identify the outlier data. Firstly, the characteristic values which can characterize the running status of ZDJ9 switch machine are extracted to reduce the data dimension, thereby the computational complexity and the computing time are reduced. Then, the characteristic data is normalized such that all characteristic indexes are in the same order of magnitude, thus the dimension influences among different characteristic indexes are removed. Finally, an improved DPC cluster analysis algorithm is proposed and applied to the action current data of the switch machine. The outlier data is identified successfully and the efficiency of the algorithm is verified.

Rail transportation control system requires high safety and reliability, and its normal operation depends on correct configuration data. Therefore, it is very important to adopt effective ways to ensure the correctness of configuration data. In this paper, the configuration data of the rail transportation control system is taken as the research object, and the station signaling data such as turnout, signal, section and route are selected as the research cases. Based on the station data structure of each configuration data, the configuration data itself and the static rules that each configuration data needs to satisfy are firstly described with natural language. Then, each configuration data and the static rules that need to be satisfied are defined by B language, and the static formal model is established. Finally, ProB model checking tool is used to verify and analyze whether the generated configuration data satisfied the static rules. The verification results show that using B method to formalize the configuration data of the rail transportation control system can effectively improve the correctness of the configuration data and provide a reliable guarantee for the normal operation of the rail transportation control system.

Heavy haul railway has the characteristics of high traffic density, high speed traffic and serious pollution. The existing way of maintenance brings challenges to the improvement of the maintenance efficiency. This paper analyzes and summarizes the typical faults, diagnosis function, turnout switching information perception, data acquisition and transmission, intelligent prediction and reasoning, then briefly plans the functional requirements and technical route of turnout switching intelligent diagnosis system, which lays a foundation for the research and implementation of intelligent diagnosis technology of turnout switching system working state of heavy haul railway.

In order to solve the problems of low safety level and too much manual intervention in train control of ordinary speed railway, the solution of train control system suitable for locomotive is studied. The system adopts the centralized management of trackside line data at stations, realizes the occupancy inspection and provides signal permission information through track circuits, realizes train positioning and route information selection through fixed balises, and realizes the trackside-vehicle transmission of line data and temporary speed restriction information through radio broadcast communication. This paper elaborates the system structure, functions and main operating scenarios of the train control system applicable to locomotives.

CTCS-3 is a train operation control system based on GSM-R system, the information error led by GSM-R handover is a major factor affecting the CTCS-3 operation. This paper puts forward solutions through in-depth analysis and research on the FCS design, setting and improvement of CTCS-3 data link layer, combined with the cases of CTCS-3 train control timeout/degradation caused by frame error detection and missing detection in China Railway Jinan Group Co., Ltd. It provides reference for improving the quality of CTCS-3 train control system.

The system can provide important support for subsequent research on big data and product iteration and upgrade.

The wireless coverage of long railway tunnels is mainly by the way of extending the distance of repeater from the base station, however, the distance cannot be extended without limitation. At the same time, for the long railway tunnel scenario, when a single set of remote terminal is set up, the spacing of 1.5 km does not necessarily meet the requirements of the design specifications for overlapping area. In this paper, based on the two networking modes of repeater, aiming at the characteristics of GSM and the repeater as well as the propagation characteristics of leaky cables and optical cables, the ideal extended distance of the remote terminal is given through formula derivation. Based on the link budget analysis of the single-point fault solution of the repeater in the long railway tunnel, the general spacing between devices in the switching zone is proposed.

At present, China's railway tunnel construction communication mainly uses analog walkie talkie or partial operator network introduction to provide voice communication and data transmission functions for tunnel construction. There is no systematic, reliable, safe and large bandwidth communication bearing platform to support tunnel construction. In this paper, based on the analysis of the communication requirements of intelligent tunnel construction, combined with the characteristics of railway construction, the main functions of communication bearing platform is put forward, the key technologies and solutions are studied, and the system framework is built. It provides reference and support for intelligent construction of railway tunnel in China.

The existing urban rail train control system is not suitable for medium and low volume urban rail transit due to its high investment and complex maintenance. By analyzing the characteristics of medium and low volume urban rail transit, this paper proposes a lightweight urban rail train control onboard equipment scheme based on RFID. The scheme is introduced from such three aspects as overall design ideas, product structure design and driving mode, including automatic train protection, train-ground communication in platform area, precise train positioning by RFID and speed and distance measurement.

In order to solve the coordination problem between urban rapid and normal rail transit caused by the differences in construction and operation subjects, technical standards and management modes of Chongqing rail transit, this paper analyzes the competitive and cooperative relationship between rapid and normal rail transit based on the comprehensive consideration of the development status of the line network, transportation characteristics and other aspects, and proposes the fast and slow train operation mode based on the dynamic passenger flow demand, line facilities and technical equipment conditions of Jiang-Tiao line and normal Line 5, and formulates the corresponding transportation scheme according to the passenger flow characteristics in different periods, which effectively reduces the travel time of passengers. The research results of this paper can be used as the basis of engineering implementation scheme.

The National Railway Administration, industry associations and local governments have issued the construction standards of municipal (suburban) railway respectively. However, the demand for the connection between municipal (suburban) railway and trunk railway and urban rail transit is still an important issue in design. Based on the functional positioning and construction requirements of municipal (suburban) railway, this paper puts forward the design ideas and schemes of weak current systems of suburban railway such as signaling & communication system, integrated monitoring system, automatic fire alarm system and automatic fare collection system, to hope to solve the practical difficulties of the connection between suburban railway, trunk railway and urban rail transit.

Flexible coupling is the key to improve train operation efficiency and achieve dynamic balance between transportation capacity and demand. During the operation of the special wireless system TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) equipment in Metro Communication, periodic health checks of the system are required to ensure the stability of equipment performance and working state, or the faulty hardware should be replaced in timely manner if a device is faulty. In the above two operations, the status query, data configuration, status modification and other operations of the related equipment need to be carried out on TETRA network management. At present, TETRA network management operation skill training mostly adopts silent writing and drawing, which has the problems of single training mode and poor learning effect. Based on the actual maintenance and training needs of dedicated wireless, the technical personnel puts forward new ideas in the use of training tools, develops TETRA equipment training simulator based on python, which realizes the reality of training operation perception and greatly improves the training effect, and gradually realizes the goal of integrating innovation into metro skills training.

Relay logic check is based on the signal circuit to determine the driving process logic, the automatic protection of the continuous automatic block system, and the manual unlock disk alarm.By strictly checking the power supply use path in the verification construction process to avoid the phenomenon of test not coming out under the mixed condition. The conventional railway adopts ZPW-2000A track circuits with small rail included in the interlocking system. When there are interference signals with the same frequency in the circuit, the periodic sine wave of the small rail voltage occurs and long-term over-limit alarm of small rail feeding out voltage is caused in the microcomputer monitoring system. The abnormal voltage will directly lead to red light strip in section, which will affect the safety of train operation. Combining with the processing practice, this paper analyzes the causes of the same frequency interference, and puts forward the basic ideas and steps to find the same frequency interference, which is convenient for the field personnel to find and solve the problem of periodic sine wave of small rail feeding out voltage caused by the same frequency interference signal.

In order to improve the scientificity and efficiency of cushion packaging design, the design process and method of EPE cushion packaging have been established. The dynamic compression performance of the cushioning material EPE is tested according to GB/T 8167-2008 Testing Method of Dynamic Compression for Packaging Cushioning Materials, and the maximum acceleration-static stress curve of EPE under different impact load conditions is obtained. The design parameters of the cushioning packaging are determined according to the protection requirements of the product. The free drop test at different heights and landing directions is carried out for the cushion packaging to test the protective effect of the cushioning package on the product, and obtain the best cushion packaging combining with other evaluation indicators of packaging that meets the expectations of the company. Taking the cushion packaging design of railway signal relay as an example, the feasibility of the design process and method of EPE cushion packaging is verified, the design efficiency and quality is improved, and the data support for the design of EPE cushion packaging is provided.

The onboard ATC main control equipment of Sao Paulo Line 13 in Brazil is a non redundant structure, and only the speed sensors and accelerometers are redundant of head and tail. Therefore, when the main control equipment in the main cab fails, it will lead to the end cannot be used normally, which seriously affects the operation efficiency. This paper puts forward a redundancy design of single set of equipment, which is easy to implement, through two aspects of hardware transformation and software optimization, to realize the function of hardware redundancy and software hot standby, and further improve the equipment redundancy and system availability. The scheme has been implemented in the field.
