车号与箱号识别关联技术在铁水联运中的应用

Abstract: This paper describes a container and wagon number identification and correlation technology, which uses the high-definition video monitoring technology and introduces the deep learning algorithm to realize the automatic identification and correlation of container and wagon numbers without container landing and manual intervention during the transfer of containers from port ships to railway wagons. It can adapt to variety of loading way, such as the gondola car, flat car, single deck, double deck, single row and combined row, and greatly improve the operation efficiency of container railway and waterway multimodal transport.

摘要: 为解决集装箱从港口船舶到铁路货车转运过程中,集装箱箱号与铁路货车车号识别关联的问题,综合运用高清视频监控技术,引入深度学习算法,可实现集装箱转运过程中不落地,不需要人工干预,集装箱箱号与铁路货车车号自动识别并关联绑定的功能。能够适应敞车、平车、单层、双层、单排、联排等多种集装箱装车方式,提高集装箱铁水联运作业效率。
