Abstract: AX series relays for railway signaling are products with high safety, reliability and long service life. At present, such relays do not have dust-proof structures. This paper analyzes the hazards and causes of particles, dust and other foreign matter that have entered the interior of the relays from the external environment, expounds the specific technical measures to improve the dust-proof performance of the relays, and points out the direction of further research.

摘要: 铁路信号AX系列继电器为高安全性、高可靠性、长寿命产品,目前为非防尘结构。针对外界环境中颗粒、粉尘等异物进入继电器内部的危害及原因进行分析,阐述提高继电器防尘性能的具体技术措施,并指出后续研究方向。
