Abstract: With the development of railway wireless train dispatching communication technology and the application requirements of train communication equipment, China is promoting digital intercom technology in an all-round way. Because the 450MHz analog wireless communication in the railway wireless train dispatching system cannot carry out voice and data communication at the same time, and cannot carry out individual call, group call and has poor anti-interference ability, it will be upgraded to digital standard wireless communication such as DRTD, GSM-R or 5G-R. This paper mainly introduces the design of the control module of the fixed station control equipment in the Digital Radio Communication System for Train Dispatching (DRTD). It realizes data interaction with the dispatching console, the fixed station and the digital train dispatching interface server, manages  fixed stations and their terminals in some stations, and sends dispatching commands, the wireless check information of the train number or the route notices from digital train dispatching interface server to the corresponding fixed stations to ensure the reliability of the railway train dispatching system communication.
