摘要: 为充分发挥工业总线技术在铁路底层传感监测数据采集传输方面的作用,提出一种光电混合多端口铁路异构传感监测数据接入系统。通过在系统内部集成控制开关实现多端口自动切换,确保同一时刻在总线上只接入同一厂家的同类型监测设备,从而避免协议冲突。同时在系统中增加光端口,利用光纤传输长距离监测数据。在软硬件设计基础上,完成样机研制,并对数据通信功能进行初步验证。该系统可望在智能运维管理系统的底层多业务基础数据高效采集中得到应用。

Abstract: In order to give full play to the role of industrial bus in the acquisition and transmission of railway bottom sensing and monitoring data, a photoelectric hybrid multi-port railway heterogeneous sensing and monitoring data access system is proposed in this paper. Multi-port switching is realized by integrating an automatic control switch in the system to ensure that only the same type of monitoring equipment from the same manufacturer is connected to the bus at the same time, so as to avoid protocol conflicts. At the same time, an optical port is added in the system to transmit long-distance monitoring data by optical fiber. Based on the software and hardware design, the prototype is developed, and the data communication function is preliminarily verified. The system is expected to be applied in the efficient collection of bottom multi-service basic data of intelligent operation and maintenance management system.
