莞惠城际动车组自动驾驶制动施加优化研究

摘要: 珠三角城际铁路莞惠城际采用CTCS2+ATO列车运行控制系统,莞惠城际长期载客运营后,自动驾驶列车制动施加不合理、制动冲击较大,导致闸片频繁更换。闸片更换成本作为莞惠城际运营经济效益的重要影响因素也日益凸显,为减少列车闸片磨损更换频率,针对莞惠城际动车组列车运行场景,提出自动驾驶制动施加方式的优化方案,提高制动闸片的使用寿命,保证自动驾驶制动施加的平稳性。

Abstract: CTCS2+ATO train control system is adopted in Dongguan-Huizhou intercity Railway. With the long-term passenger operation, the unreasonable brake application and large braking impact lead to frequent replacement of brake pads. The cost of brake pad replacement as an important factor affecting the economic benefits of Dongguan-Huizhou intercity operation has become increasingly prominent. In order to reduce the wear and replacement frequency of train brake pads, this paper proposes an optimization scheme of the brake application method for ATO scenario of Dongguan-Huizhou intercity. The scheme can ensure the stability of ATO brake application and improve the service life of brake pads.
