摘要: 地铁车辆在运行过程中,随着车轮的磨耗,轮径真实值与牵引控制单元(DCU)中存储的轮径值会产生差异,当差异过大时,会产生空转/滑行、牵引封锁等故障,造成轮对擦伤,影响列车运行,此时就需要轮径校准对DCU存储的轮径值进行更新,减少轮径差。列车轮径校准时需要满足很多前置条件,而实际很多运营线路达不到轮径校准的条件。从列车轮径校准控制逻辑原理图出发,剖析轮径校准过程的原理和条件,指导地铁车辆的运营和维护工作。

Abstract: During the operation of subway vehicles, with the wheel wear, there will be differences between the true wheel diameter value and the wheel diameter value stored in traction control unit (DCU). When the difference is too large, idling/sliding, traction blocking and other faults will occur, resulting in abrasion of the wheel set and affecting the train operation. In this case, the wheel diameter calibration is required to update the wheel diameter value stored in DCU to reduce the wheel diameter difference. Train wheel diameter calibration needs to meet many preconditions, and in fact, many practical operation lines cannot reach the conditions of wheel diameter calibration. Based on the schematic diagram of train wheel diameter calibration control logic, this paper analyzes the principle and condition of wheel diameter calibration process, and guides the operation and maintenance of subway vehicles.
