Application of UAV Automatic Inspection for Railway Lines and Bridges by Railway Permanent Way Department

摘要: 针对铁路工务路桥日常检查存在的盲区大、风险识别难及应急响应慢等问题,提出 “工务无人机自动巡检系统”的设计与应用方案。系统通过无人机、智能无人机库及AI智能平台的结合,实现设备检查的自动化、智能化。研究内容包括航线规划、风险等级识别、AI场景学习与优化等,重点解决地质灾害监控、设备隐患捕捉与应急处置难题。研究结果表明,该系统可显著提高铁路路桥检查效率与风险预警能力,为铁路安全管理提供技术支撑。

Abstract: Targeting at the problems of large blind area, high difficulty in risk identification and low speed in emergency response during the day-to-day inspection of railway lines and bridges by the railway permanent way department, this paper proposes a design and application scheme for “UAV automatic inspection system for permanent way department”. The proposed system combines UAVs, intelligent UAV garage and AI intelligent platform to achieve automatic and intelligent equipment inspection. This research covers such issues as route planning, risk level identification and AI scene learning and optimization, with focus on such difficulties as geological disaster monitoring, equipment hazard detection and emergency response. The research results indicate that the proposed system can significantly improve the inspection efficiency for railway lines and bridges and the early warning capabilities for risks, thus providing technical support for railway safety management.
