Safety Protection System and Method of Vehicle Handover at Apron of Railway and Water Combined Transport Terminal

摘要: 在基于传统铁路专用线引入到港口栈桥或码头前沿,由岸桥吊具直接与车船直取接驳集装箱中转倒装作业方式下,提出一种铁水联运智能轨道牵引车与取送装卸车辆的铁路调车机车相互交接车辆的安全防护系统及方法,解决港口作业区轨道牵引车与取送车调机机车的协同作业安全防护问题。

Abstract: The railway loading-unloading track is introduced into the port pier or wharf apron. The vehicle is pushed by railway shunting locomotive into the port loading-unloading track, then is decoupled and pulled by the rail tractor with accurate positioning function to realize the direct loading and unloading work of vehicles and ships. A safety connection process of rail tractors and shunting locomotives should be established to ensure the safety of the handover between the rail tractors and the railway shunting locomotives at the port.
