摘要: 鉴于高速铁路运营多工种应急演练组织难度大、所涉专业多、培训监控管理受限、效率低下、各局间人员分散协调组织难度大等局面,设计一种基于模糊控制的高速铁路多工种联动控制系统。该系统采用模糊控制方法,将铁路员工作业经验作为模糊规则,通过模糊推理和反模糊化,输出演练流程,能有效解决高速铁路运营功能业务领域存在的多工种实战协作演练困难、应急预案演练与方案比选难度大且成本高的问题,在轨道交通培训领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: In view of the high speed railway operation multi-task emergency drill organization difficult, involved in many professions, limited training monitoring and management, with low efficiency, and difficult for coordination and organization among various bureaus, a high-speed railway multi-task linkage control system based on fuzzy control is designed in this paper. The system adopts fuzzy control method, takes railway employee's experience as fuzzy rule, outputs drill process through fuzzy reasoning and anti-fuzzification. It can effectively solve the problems in the field of high-speed railway operation, such as the difficulty of multi-task practical cooperation exercise, the difficulty of emergency plan exercise and scheme selection, and the high cost. It has a broad application prospect in the field of rail transit training.
