摘要: 根据《上海城市轨道交通运营风险分级管控和隐患排查治理“双重预防机制”实施指南》,以轨道交通信号道岔转辙设备作为双重预防机制的研究对象,对转辙设备维护作业中的危险源进行辨识和风险评价,确认风险等级和管控措施,利用安全风险清单和事故隐患清单,通过建立转辙设备维护作业风险和事故隐患数据库,将安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理措施落实到日常道岔转辙设备维护生产作业中。

Abstract: According to the Implementation Guide of "Dual Prevention Mechanism" of Hidden Dangers in Risk Control and Management of Shanghai Urban Rail Transit Operation, this paper focuses on switch equipment as the research object of the dual prevention mechanism, identifies and evaluates the risks of hazards in the maintenance of such equipment, and confirms the levels of risks and control measures. Based on the security risk lists and lists of hidden dangers of accidents, a database is established for switch equipment maintenance operation risks and accidents, so that the classification and control of safety risks and the identification and management of hidden dangers are applied to the routine maintenance of switch equipment.
