摘要: 行车调度是城市轨道交通系统的核心,其岗位风险失控的后果具有系统性、严重性、不确定性及动态反复性的特点。通过分析岗位危险有害因素,梳理行调岗位风险控制要点及预控管理,从而实现防风险、除隐患、降事故的安全管理目标。

Abstract: The traffic dispatching is the core of urban rail transit and the consequences of its job risk out of control are characterized by systematicness, severity, uncertainty and dynamic repeatability. Through the analysis of hazardous and harmful factors, this paper sorts out the key points of risk control and pre-control management for the post of traffic dispatching to achieve the safety management objectives of preventing risks, removing hidden dangers and reducing accidents.
