Abstract: Aiming at the underground ramp working environment and vehicle running characteristics in metal mines, an intelligent management system of ramp transportation is designed to realize the vehicle control and automatic identification of vehicle information entering and leaving of the ramp intersection through monitoring substation and collecting the signals of ground sense coil and onboard RFID at the same time, and uploading the signals to the ground upper computer by CAN bus. After the signals are calculated and processed by the upper computer, the ramp intersection signal is controlled to realize the vehicle control and automatic identification entering and leaving of the ramp intersection. The developed ramp 3D monitoring interface can reflect the vehicle running conditions in ramp in real time and image, facilitate for the personnel up ground to control the information of underground vehicle in time, effectively prevent the vehicle jams and accidents, realize underground vehicle monitoring and allocation, improve transport efficiency, and ensure the safety of production and operation of underground personnel.
