Aiming at the drawbacks of manual dumping of LKJ files in locomotive storage, a scheme for remote automatic download of LKJ files based on on-board data collection and mobile communication technology is proposed. The paper introduces the overall scheme, file transfer mechanism and the process of LKJ file remote download. The remote automatic download of LKJ files has been verified through ground test and loading application. The realization of this scheme provides a data basis for real-time analysis of the quality of LKJ equipment of the locomotive on the way.

In order to further improve the test efficiency of computer interlocking system, it is required to bring the display and operation function of control display interface into the coverage of automatic test, and the main technical difficulty is the automatic recognition of graphic elements of display interface. Therefore, the paper studies and compares three kinds of commonly used technology schemes for automatic recognition of computer display interface, adopts the commercial automatic test software platform based on display memory mapping and template matching image recognition technology, and carries on the secondary development on the platform to form a set of automatic test tool software for computer interlocking system, which can simulate the manual test process to the maximum extent and realize the automatic test of operation display interface of computer interlocking system, interlocking software function and engineering configuration data during one test process, so as to maximize the overall test efficiency while ensuring the test quality.

CAN bus is widely used in the automotive, industrial control, industrial automation and other fields due to its strong real-time, fast transmission speed, high reliability, low cost and other performances. Based on the first version of CAN controller designed independently that has been taped out, an optimization design has been done to solve the fallibility when high speed communication on high latency bus happens. It aims to take another tape-out after redesign, simulation and verification to solve the discovered problems.

The computer interlocking test record analysis system uses data modeling, intelligent analysis and other technologies to make interlocking test method to form a specific and quantifiable basic data model for interlocking test judgment, and intelligently combines with the plan of test station, interlocking table and other information to form the interlocking test judgement condition data of test station. Through periodic data monitoring and intelligent analysis and comparison of interlocking test process, the specific problems such as incomplete test items and incomplete test process in the interlocking test process are solved, and the management loopholes caused by human control over the quality of interlocking test are made up.

Aiming at the problems of single transmission service type and poor robustness of the existing railway wire dispatching system, a railway multimedia dispatching system deployment scheme based on IPv6 is proposed. According to the current situation of railway data communication network transition from IPv4 to IPv6, a scheme of communication between railway multimedia dispatching system and external system is developed. The paper analyzes the operation and maintenance requirements of IPv6 network, selects the safety operation and maintenance strategy for railway multimedia dispatching system, and improves the reliability and safety of railway multimedia dispatching system.

During the railway engineering design, it is difficult to quickly evaluate the influence of the superstructure architectural structure on the wireless network coverage in the facilities, which leads to the difficulty of wireless network planning. In order to solve the problem, this paper studies the wireless coverage prediction method in EMU depot with superstructures, performs ray-tracing simulations based on BIM model to simulate the wireless coverage in the depot, explores 3D modeling method to support the ray-tracing algorithm in high efficiency, and discusses the rules of wireless system design in similar railway environments, so as to guide further wireless network planning.

Because of the different development technical standards of integrated video and national standard video surveillance systems, they are incompatible with each other in terms of application environment, system architecture and signaling protocols, and cannot directly realize the networking and sharing between different video systems. Based on the analysis of technical standards of integrated video and national standard video systems and the difficulties of implementing networking and sharing, this paper analyzes and studies the key problem-solving methods and main functions of key gateway devices, and studies and puts forward targeted technical solutions for various networking and sharing scenarios, so as to realize the convergence, exchange, and sharing of railway video resources and local government.

More and more wayside equipment and systems based on the Chinese train control system are developed, which formed the complex information interaction between the connected equipment and caused the increasing security vulnerabilities in the system itself. It will seriously threaten the safety of railway transportation once these vulnerabilities are exposed to attackers. So, it is particularly important to protect against information security of train control system. Taking the Chinese train control system as the research object, this paper preliminary analyses the current information security risks hiding in the system, and generally describes the technical thinking of information security protection needed by the development of Chinese train control system, which can provide a forward-looking and exploratory basis for the equipment design and technical development of the next generation of Chinese train control system.

This paper introduces the business requirements of flat shunting, and makes an in-depth study on composition and technical application of a new digital voice real-time monitoring flat shunting system based on the operation process, implementation mode, system composition, functions, advantages and disadvantages of traditional flat shunting system. This system adopts the networking mode of combination of wired network and wireless network to realize the digital management mode of flat shunting system of one center for multiple stations, achieve a great effect in real-time supervision of shunting operation, meet the business requirements of real-time collection and transmission of flat shunting system records, shunting instructions and shunting plans, achieve engineering technology networking and practical application in a relatively lightweight way, and improve the real time performance of data collection and the efficiency of shunting operation.

STP system adopts wireless data transmission to realize vehicle-ground communication. Due to the variety of terrain and complex electromagnetic environment of marshalling station, there are many factors affecting wireless communication, so the communication distance and quality of the system are greatly limited. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the wireless communication application of STP system at marshalling station, and discusses the solution of realizing wireless communication by means of trunk amplifier, optical fiber repeater and different-frequency radio in combination with on-site practical application. It also takes research on the solutions of solving the problems such as locomotive leaving the network, signal disappearing and distance loss caused by the poor wireless communication quality in the marshalling station, and ensure the safety and efficiency of STP system in the railway marshalling station.

First this paper estimates the bandwidth demand of the vehicle-ground communication information for the GoA4 level operation of urban rail transit, showing that 4G vehicle-ground integrated communication system of urban rail transit based on 1.8 G band LTE-M technology cannot meet the service demand, especially the uplink throughput capacity. Then it briefly introduces 5G technology, expounds the great potential and limiting factors of 5G mobile communication system used in vehicle-ground integrated communication for urban rail transit, and studies the feasible 4G and 5G hybrid networking mode to provide high-speed, low delay and high reliability solution for vehicle-ground integrated communication system of urban rail transit by considering the service level, technology development status and investment factors. At last, the paper puts forward the prospect of solving the existing problems in the future.

The cloud platform provides a variety of technologies that are capable of better supporting the development and testing of related software. Combining with the test system and test environment of urban rail signal system, this paper compares, researches and analyzes the test methods after the introduction of cloud platform test, and proposes the signal system test strategy under cloud architecture.

During the operation of subway vehicles, with the wheel wear, there will be differences between the true wheel diameter value and the wheel diameter value stored in traction control unit (DCU). When the difference is too large, idling/sliding, traction blocking and other faults will occur, resulting in abrasion of the wheel set and affecting the train operation. In this case, the wheel diameter calibration is required to update the wheel diameter value stored in DCU to reduce the wheel diameter difference. Train wheel diameter calibration needs to meet many preconditions, and in fact, many practical operation lines cannot reach the conditions of wheel diameter calibration. Based on the schematic diagram of train wheel diameter calibration control logic, this paper analyzes the principle and condition of wheel diameter calibration process, and guides the operation and maintenance of subway vehicles.

The construction of fully automatic operation lines in the cities of our country is in full swing, FAO lines usually use automated depot, which can be regarded as a centralized station in the interlocking area, and the test line can be regarded as the non-centralized station under the interlocking area. Therefore, in order to save the investment, reduce the maintenance cost, save the installation space of equipment room and reduce the amount of construction, integrated signal system of depot and test line is proposed, and the system structure and implementation principle are introduced. Finally, the scheme is analyzed from the scenarios and the applicable scope of the scheme is discussed.

This paper introduces a software based on ObjectARX, which can quickly draw the metro signal layout and automatically generate the interlocking table of metro main line, and provides the design algorithms of main function modules. The design idea of this software is to use ObjectARX development package to design a set of standard metro equipment element library on the CAD platform, and package various metro equipment elements into standard user-defined entity blocks. The software can effectively identify and calculate the attribute information and link relationship information of various equipment elements in the signal layout, so as to rapidly calculate the route interlocking information and automatically generate the interlocking table for metro main line. The compilation efficiency of interlocking table is greatly improved, and the error probability is greatly reduced.

This paper introduces the fault treatment and maintenance methods of railway signal cable. With the increase of service life of signal cable of Shuohuang Railway, some cable joint boxes have poor connection process in the construction of large and medium-sized modification, and the cable itself has quality problems. Due to the long-term existence of hidden dangers to the cable during construction, sudden cable core grounding, core breaking and mixed line faults have occurred for many times, which are difficult to find. The paper summarizes some experiences from the fault judgement, search steps of signal cable and the way to find the cable by borrowing current, and puts forward the thinking and preventive measures for daily maintenance of signal cable, which can be used for reference.

After the new Meizhou-Shantou line is introduced, it intersects with the existing Xiamen-Shenzhen line. This paper discusses the division scheme of dispatching console at Chaoshan station located at line junction, puts forward two kinds of scheme for the division of dispatching console, and selects the optimal division scheme by combination with the practical problems and different considerations in the process of project implementation to ensure that when high speed railway or passenger dedicated line is intersected, the temporary speed restriction command of intersection station is set correctly to ensure the safety of EMU operation and facilitate the on-site transportation organization and maintenance management at the same time. In addition, in view of the special needs in the process of project implementation, this paper creatively puts forward that the transition processing of temporary speed restriction command of different line number issued by the same dispatching console is realized by TSRS line number mapping transition function, so as to ensure that the equipment of train control center within the jurisdiction scope can correctly receive and process the temporary speed restriction command, which can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.

Full-electronic axle-counting inter-station block is the combination of full-electronic equipment and axle-counting equipment to monitor train operation in sections. When the train enters a section, the section is displayed as occupied; when the train leaves the section with no axis number left, the section is displayed as cleared. This paper draws the diagram of information transmission of this automatic block system, expounds the working principle of each functional module, analyzes the relay operation logic circuits and acquisition adjustment parameters of the system for setting inter-station automatic block, and classifies emergency response methods for such automatic block. As demonstrated by practice, these methods can effectively assist the field workers in improving the quality of axle-counting maintenance and emergency response ability.
