列控系统铁路运营里程断链设置差异影响分析

Abstract: The broken chainage information is critical for the railway line mileage and train control data, and is essential for ensuring the safety of train operation and the accurate issuance of temporary speed restriction (TSR) commands. There are remarkable differences in broken chainage identification between the broken chainage regulations issued in 2014 and 2024. To fully identify the impact range and safety of these differences, this paper provides a traversal description and makes an analysis of different scenarios of issuing TSR commands to reach the conclusion of no safety risk. It also provides an impact summary and gives recommendations to provide reference during the transition period before the adjustment of the operation mileage and the modification of the train control system of existing railways.

摘要: 断链是铁路线路里程和列控数据中的关键信息,对保证行车安全和准确下达临时限速命令至关重要。2014年和2024年发布的断链管理规定中对断链标识存在显著差异,为充分识别其差异影响范围及安全性,通过不同的下达临时限速场景进行遍历说明和分析,得出无安全风险的结论,并总结影响、提出建议,在既有高速铁路线路运营里程调整和列控系统修改前的过渡期供现场参考。
