机务段出入库线功能电路分析及改进

Abstract: Focusing on the renovation project of Laiwu East locomotive turnaround depot, this paper analyzes and improves the traditional functional circuits of the engine release line of locomotive depots. On the one hand, it solves the inconsistency between the indoor and outdoor displays of the shunting signals at the entrance of Laiwu East station. On the other hand, considering the special requirements of push/pull shunting movements on the engine release line, it solves the conflict between the time of closing the shunting signals at the locomotive depot entrance and performance of the shunting movements. Thus, it eliminates the existing safety hazards, to achieve safe and smooth operations of engine release.

摘要: 针对莱芜东机务折返段改造工程,对传统的机务段出入库线功能电路进行分析和改进:一方面解决莱芜东站入口调车信号机室内外显示不一致的问题;另一方面针对机车出入库线存在推送调车作业的特殊需求,解决机务段入口调车信号机关闭时机与调车作业冲突的问题,解除存在的安全隐患,达到机车出入库作业的安全与顺畅。
