Abstract: The paper is a brief summary of White Paper: Digital Transformation for China Railway Communication and Signaling Engineering, recently released by China Railway Society. The current situation of communication and signaling engineering is analyzed, and the full-lifecycle digital ecosystem of such engineering is put forward. This paper analyzes the digital transformation proposal from four aspects such as design, construction, the collaboration between construction and maintenance, as well as BIM technology application, and gives suggestions regarding the development and management of communication and signaling engineering based on digital twin engineering.

摘要: 对中国铁道学会近期发布的《中国铁路通信信号工程数字化转型白皮书》进行解读,分析通信信号工程建设的发展现状,提出通信信号工程的全生命周期数字化生态,并从工程设计、工程施工、建维一体以及BIM技术应用等4个方面对数字化转型进行分析,为打造基于数字孪生的通信信号工程建设与管理提出实施建议。
