Abstract: The shift contactor switch box is easy to crack in the field environment for the stress produced in the production process, which affects railway transportation. By analyzing the cause of cracking, the structure of shift contactor is improved and the technological control is strengthened,  the hidden danger of cracking of switch box is eliminated, and the reliability of railway transportation is improved.

摘要: 移位接触器开关盒在生产过程中易产生应力,在现场使用环境中发生开裂现象,影响铁路运输。通过对开裂原因的分析,改进移位接触器的结构并加强工艺控制,消除开关盒开裂的隐患,提高铁路运输的可靠性。
