Abstract: The traditional dispatching command mode based on the line as the command unit cannot meet the development needs of network operation. This paper puts forward the feasibility of a new centralized and decentralized dispatching mode of track network and expounds the ideas of comprehensive dispatching mode according to lines and multi-line dispatching mode according to specialties. Combined with the current conditions of Beijing traffic command center, the development and construction scheme of dispatching command mode is given, providing an important research basis for the professional transformation of dispatching command.

摘要: 以线路为指挥单元划分的传统调度指挥模式已无法满足网络化运营的发展需求。提出全新的轨道网络集中调度方式的可行性,阐述按线路综合调度模式以及专业多线路调度模式两种思路的构想,结合北京线路指挥中心现行条件给出调度指挥模式的发展建设方案,为调度指挥职业化转型提供重要研究基础。
