Abstract: Radio message timeout is one of the factors causing the degradation of CTCS-3, and it is also an important index to assess the operation and maintenance ability of GSM-R systems of operation units. This paper introduces and analyzes a typical case of radio message timeout caused by poor downlink channel quality that is solved by TA value positioning, and introduces the analysis steps and methods of fault positioning and fault handling through the typical case, for providing certain reference to improve the ability of operation and maintenance technicians.

摘要: 无线消息超时是引发CTCS-3的降级现象因素之一,也是考核运营单位GSM-R系统运营维护能力的重要指标。介绍分析TA值定位解决下行通道质量差引发无线消息超时的典型案例,通过典型案例介绍了故障定位、故障处理的分析步骤和方法,对于运营维护技术人员能力提高具有一定的参考意义。
