LKJ2000 data involves many departments, and the calculation of various types of data is complex. Moreover, the preparation of LKJ basic data completely depends on manual input, which restricts the development of LKJ data preparation to high and new technology. This paper explores the application of professional software to standardize the submission of data, uses the auxiliary preparation software to realize the automatic preparation of basic data, establishes an optimization mechanism for accessing relevant Bureau data and organically combines LKJ data with high and new technology to realize the preparation of the Bureau's data source documents to be safe and controllable from the source, and access to relevant Bureau data to be accurate and effective, which will make a qualitative leap in accuracy and security.

RBC is the ground core equipment of CTCS-3 System. In order to ensure that the laboratory simulation test can be carried out in the development stage of RBC, and ensure that the test results are reliable and effective, the simulated onboard message generator is studied and designed to simulate the message exchange between onboard ATP and RBC. And four functional modules connected with interfaces to other devices are designed and divided into. Simulation research is performed for each module and specific functions are realized based on C# language. Finally, a RBC handover scene in actual test cases is taken as an example to verify that the onboard message simulator meets the test function requirements for RBC, and provides an effective test environment and method for further design, research and development of RBC.

For the existing railway GSM-R system project, due to the shortage of project funds, the complexity of the existing situation and other factors, the difficulty of engineering design is often greater than that of the newly-built railway. Taking the Beijing-Harbin Railway GSM-R system project of China Railway Beijing Group as an example, this paper formulates targeted solutions to the special problems of the existing railway, in particular, the outdoor integrated cabinet has been widely used in trunk railways for the first time, which has the benefits of industry demonstration and application promotion, and provides reference for the subsequent projects.

Railway station (yard) shunting protection system, as an important information management means of daily shunting operation of railway bureaus, has been put into use in the railway traffic control. With the further application of the system, the shunting protection system based on two-dimensional GIS is not intuitive enough in the representation of three-dimensional geographical space, which brings great challenges to the system and forms the system performance bottleneck. According to the situation, based on 3D GIS and BIM technologies, this paper studies the optimization and improvement based on the overall performance of the system, and proposes a design method of shunting protection system of railway station (yard) based on 3D GIS and BIM. The aim is to improve the overall performance of the system by using the characteristics of 3D GIS.

This paper introduces a fast method for the on-site train commissioning, taking the on-site test milestone of Beijing Line 7 as an example to illustrate the practical problems of short on-site test period and the implementation of the project after optimization and improvement. Firstly, this paper introduces the necessity of on-site test sequences, and then emphasizes the typical test sequences, and these sequences are loaded into the test system. Finally, the feasibility of the method is demonstrated by the case of Beijing Line 7 for the on-site single train commissioning.

According to the analysis of the actual design and operation of the first phase of Changsha Metro Line 2 project, the efficiency of trains entering and exiting the depot will be affected a lot due to the limitation of trackside signaling equipment, with the increase of traffic density after the opening of west extension line. Therefore, this paper proposes a scheme to improve the efficiency of the train entering and exiting depots of all operating modes by shortening the running intervals of the trains in the main line and the depot, has been verified in the actual operation and provides a reference solution for similar engineering problems.

During the construction transition period from semi-automatic block of single track to automatic block of double track, the interlocking software replacement is required because one track has not been laid and the station turnout insertion and paving are carried out in advance, etc. In order to reduce the construction transition and the construction cost, the semi-automatic block mode of the single-track railway is transformed into the automatic block mode of the single-track railway in the forward direction and the automatic inter-station block mode in the reverse direction, that is to say, the section track circuit carries out operations for changing the running direction frequently. At this moment, if there is a down grade successive route and so on, it is easy to cause the direction change failed because of the inherent problems of the four-wire directional circuit, which leads to the station attendant mistook the equipment for fault and further causes the equipment fault with long time delay and greatly interferes with normal transportation. This paper analyzes the equipment fault cases and puts forward improvement suggestions for reference of signaling staff.

The compensation capacitor fault is key problem in the ZPW-2000A track circuit. This paper mainly studies the influence of the compensation capacitor fault on the impedance and electric parameters at the transmitting port based on building compensation capacitor and rail model. The result shows that the compensation capacitor at the receiving port significantly affects the input impedance and electric parameters at the transmitting port of rail. On this basis, the influence of compensation capacitance value at a specific position on the electric parameters at the transmitting port is further studied. It is found that with the decrease of compensation capacitance value, the input impedance and voltage at the transmitting port decrease.

The 4 700 μf electrolytic capacitor in the outdoor tuning and matching unit of ZPW-2000A track circuit used in the high-speed railway section is prone to capacitance reduction after long-term of use, and there is no obvious feature to distinguish when the capacitance decreases and gradually deteriorates, especially when the capacitor deterioration to a certain extent will cause the output voltage of the main rail at the receiving end drop, or even the red light strap, which is not conducive to on-site testing and maintenance. In order to reduce the occurrence of similar problems and enhance the maintainability of ZPW-2000A track circuit, this paper analyzes the typical faults and summarizes the maintenance experience to ensure the orderly search and treatment of equipment faults, shorten the fault delay and reduce the impact on transportation.

The track circuit is one of the important signaling equipment to monitor the idle rail line and reflect the train operation. In application of 25 Hz track circuit, the red light strap fault, especially the flashing red fault, which is easily affected by the change of the equipment characteristics and the interference of the external environment, is very difficult to deal with in an emergency, and interferes greatly with the normal transportation order. This paper makes an analysis and discussion on how to deal with the faults of 25 Hz track circuit, making full use of monitoring, adjustment and analysis combined with frequency shift meter, and adopting the method of combining voltage method with current method to rapidly and effectively handle the red light strap fault in track circuit.
