This paper proposes an energy-saving operation strategy for on-line calculation of train operation condition transition point. According to intercity train performance, line data and resistance characteristics, it calculates the target speed at the end of ramp, predicts the train operation speed at the end of ramp, and judges whether the train can save energy in real time. Based on the real train traction energy consumption power curve, the model is built to verify the effectiveness of the strategy proposed in this paper, and the relationship curve between running time and traction energy consumption of Hangzhou-Haining intercity railway is drawn.

This paper discusses the necessity of adding test simulation conditions during the commissioning construction of signaling engineering, and discusses in detail how to define the equipment for using test simulation conditions, and how to make and add test simulation conditions. It also compares the advantages and disadvantages of using test simulation conditions from the distribution board and assembly rack, and analyzes the board control measures in the process of using test simulation conditions. In the commissioning construction of signaling engineering such as station/yard reconstruction and renovation, the method of adding test simulation conditions is adopted to conduct interlocking test, the real control and use of test simulation conditions, so that it becomes the condition line of interlocking test and the "auxiliary line" of construction safety to ensure the construction progress and operation safety.

Taking the Huanglou block post of Lianzhen railway as an example, which has 10 sets of large-number turnout with No. 42 crossing number, and several high-speed rail lines connected with it to meet the needs of high-speed EMU trains and improve railway transport efficiency. Combining with the special situation of the block post with through route, which at the same time containing several groups of large-number turnout, this paper studies and discusses the setting principle of the large-number turnout balise group, especially the setting scheme of the continuous large-number turnout balise group, analyzes the special situation of balise telegram sending of large-number turnout, puts forward the corresponding technical solution, and makes a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of operation safety and transportation efficiency, which can be used as a reference for the following railway engineering design.

The current data labeling platforms and open-source data labeling tools generally have the problem of unreasonable labeling process with multi-people cooperation, which cannot guarantee the efficiency and quality of labeling. To address this problem, this paper proposes a pair annotation method, which uses a way of pair groups, simultaneous annotation and review of each other to annotate. The experiments prove that the pair annotation method can significantly improve the annotation efficiency by 63%. In addition, this paper proposes a speculative annotation method, which reduces the annotation workload to half of the unprojected annotation based on the connection between the data when the input data is video. It is demonstrated that the speculative annotation method can significantly improve the annotation efficiency by 25%.

Aiming at the underground ramp working environment and vehicle running characteristics in metal mines, an intelligent management system of ramp transportation is designed to realize the vehicle control and automatic identification of vehicle information entering and leaving of the ramp intersection through monitoring substation and collecting the signals of ground sense coil and onboard RFID at the same time, and uploading the signals to the ground upper computer by CAN bus. After the signals are calculated and processed by the upper computer, the ramp intersection signal is controlled to realize the vehicle control and automatic identification entering and leaving of the ramp intersection. The developed ramp 3D monitoring interface can reflect the vehicle running conditions in ramp in real time and image, facilitate for the personnel up ground to control the information of underground vehicle in time, effectively prevent the vehicle jams and accidents, realize underground vehicle monitoring and allocation, improve transport efficiency, and ensure the safety of production and operation of underground personnel.

In view of the current situation that the railway hump yards are all over the country, the hump control system is highly professional, and the assistance of the system manufacturer is generally needed when the field failure occurs, the remote maintenance of hump control system is considered by using the wireless network communication technology. Based on the wireless mobile cellular data network technology, the comprehensive analysis software of the operation and maintenance center and the query software of the field hump maintenance terminal are developed to realize the data sharing and diagnosis analysis of the control records between the operation and maintenance center and the field hump control system, which provides convenience for the daily maintenance of the railway hump.

Through classification and hierarchical fusion of business system data, optimization of real-time data flow processing, standardization of general services and other methods, a massive command platform of urban rail transit line network applicable to the big data architecture is formed, thus providing technical support and data basis for the big data business system of urban rail transit.

In equipment systems of urban rail transit operation, weak electric system mainly includes signaling & communication system, integrated supervisory control system, automatic fare collection system, etc. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility for integrated design of weak electric system in current and future urban rail transit. The interoperability, interexchange and sharing of information among the weak electric subsystems will be realized by the integrated design of weak electric system, in order to improve design efficiency and reduce construction costs.

The electric switch machine (hereinafter referred to as "switch") plays a very important role in railway traffic safety, especially the mixed circuit fault, which directly affects the traffic safety. This paper mainly introduces the switch circuit equipment grounding and wiring short circuit. The use of the current method can quickly, accurately and intuitively determine the fault point. Through the field practical application and research, it puts forward the treatment method for ZD6 switch mixed line circuit fault, which is worthy of reference.

Machine learning has many theoretical researches and applications in turnout fault detection and diagnosis technology because of its advantages such as adaptive processing of large amounts of data, realization of intelligent classification and prediction. This paper classifies and sorts out data-based turnout fault diagnosis algorithms, and focuses on the feature extraction and data-based modeling methods, which have certain guiding significance for the selection and application of machine learning algorithms. Finally, by analyzing the current research status of turnouts in prognostics and health management, the application of machine learning in the field of turnout fault prognostics and health management is prospected.

According to the requirements of "high starting point, high standard and high quality" in the construction of Sichuan-Tibet railway, this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of ITCS system of Qinghai-Tibet railway, considers the development goal of new generation intelligent train operation control system of Sichuan-Tibet railway, and constructs CTCS-4 train control system combining Beidou satellite navigation with new generation railway dedicated mobile communication system (5G-R) to realize the objective of overall perception, safe operation, mobile tracking, high reliability and less maintenance, which are of great practical significance for the development of new generation train control system of high-speed railway in China.

According to the characteristics of rail transit signaling test, the paper puts forward the development plan and goal of rail transit signaling test, and lists some development ideas of rail transit signaling future test from two aspects of basic test technology and cutting-edge test technology research, including improving the efficiency of life cycle test, speeding up digitization, virtualization and automation. In order to make full use of the development of test technology to serve the future rail transit application business, a new test scheme based on cloud computing is proposed to effectively use the cloud computing environment resources to test other software or hardware.
