Aiming at the problem of how to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of interlocking software test, this paper analyzes the requirements of automatic interlocking software test, and takes the gray-box test as an idea, adopting a hierarchical framework structure, to design and implement an automatic test system based on script driver. The automatic test system can improve the efficiency of computer interlocking test and guarantee the reliability of computer interlocking test.

According to the characteristics and technical requirements of the moving block system of heavy-haul railway, based on the DS6-K5B computer based interlocking system used in existing lines of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway, the functions of the existing interlocking system are upgraded to meet the requirements of the moving block system control. The CBI upgraded functions include the setting and releasing of multiple train routes, the control of signal lighting on and off, and the combination of physical and logical section status. The interface between the CBI and RBC equipment is added, and the interfaces between CBI and CTC, CBI and CSM equipment are modified according to the requirements of moving block. The upgraded CBI system is compatible with the existing transportation modes, and at the same time realizes the mixed transportation function of heavy-haul moving block and fixed block.

The high-speed railway takes the train control center (later referred to as TCC) as the center. Adaptive design of the functions is performed through TCC software to realize its huge computation processing function combined with site infrastructure construction. Therefore, before the opening of a new line, in order to ensure the operation safety of high-speed trains and improve transport efficiency, it is necessary to carry out traversal test on the functions and logic relationship of TCC software, that is, TCC software simulation test. The TCC software tested by the simulation platform can greatly reduce the probability of on-site problems. This paper introduces the key issues such as TCC simulation test platform modeling, environment construction, data configuration, test flow, problem feedback and test record, hoping to provide reference for the commissioning and putting into service of the TCC product software of newly-built high-speed railway line.

In order to solve the problems of waybill system, such as the hierarchical management of waybill system, the duplication of data transmission mode, the lack of centralized data management, the manual input, the inadaptation of business function expansion to the current situation, etc., the development of automatic extraction of the data collection mode, the adjustment of the statistical function module, the unifying and centralizing of the data management, the increase of the data transmission, the improvement of the station report and transmission function, the self-extraction of the data from the database according to the station frequency, and so on are put forward. The centralized application of railway waybill system in Shenmu-Shuozhou railway is realized.

This paper analyzes the hidden danger sand causes of giant network in railway transmission system, proposes to set DCC transparent transmission to solve the problem of giant ECC network, and to solve the hidden dangers that may lead to abnormal switching of two-fiber shared multiplex section protection ring (MSP) after subnetting. Trough the detailed analysis of the actual situation of the railway network, the advantages and disadvantages of DCC transparent transmission are summarized to provide reference for the networking application in the later stage.

The air-port monitoring system can realize the monitoring of the Um interfaces on the ground, and the Igsm-r and Um interfaces on the vehicle. It can be combined with the existing CTCS-3 wireless interface monitoring system to realize the full interface coverage of vehicle and ground and provides a basis for the precise location and intelligent analysis of faults. This paper discusses the system structure and function design of the air port monitoring system, and elaborates the key technologies such as air port data acquisition and analysis technology based on wireless module array, GPS and Beidou parallel timing technology, and ATO service monitoring. Finally, the field deployment experience of the system acquisition equipment is introduced based on the practical application.

This paper analyzes the requirements of train control system of Chongqing urban rail express from the perspectives of urban planning, industry development and design standards. The advantages and disadvantages of train control systems in national railway and urban rail transit are compared and analyzed from the technical aspect. The differences in engineering cost and maintenance management of typical train control systems (CTCS2+ATO, CBTC) are compared and analyzed from the economic aspect. Based on the analysis results, the suggestions on selection of train control system for Chongqing urban rail express are given.

This paper introduces the formation principle and influence range of the CBTC train safety protection envelope of Casco Urbalis888 system, and analyzes the mechanism for extension of the non-communication train safety protection envelope and its influence on the control of subsequent CBTC trains combining with the actual situation. According to the research, the corresponding management measures is provided in order to enhance the operational efficiency and reduce the impact of the failure, while there are failures to recover in the short term such as train losing communication, axle counter interference.

Qingdao Metro Line 11 uses an automatic train monitoring system (ATS) developed independently in China. As an implementation platform of comprehensive information monitoring system, the ATS system takes the communication front-end processor as the communication hub, interfacing with clock systems, passenger information systems, broadcast systems, integrated monitoring systems, wireless systems, etc. Now combined with the actual operating data on site, the UltraEdit text editing tool is used to retrieve and analyze the logs of the communication front-end processor. Through the log analysis in the background of the system, it is convenient for the signal maintenance personnel to diagnose the equipment failure point in the future.

Turnout control is divided into single-acting turnout and multiple-acting turnout control, and the multiple-acting turnout includes double-acting, three-acting and four-acting linkage turnouts, etc.. The design scheme of the turnout is directly related to the signal interlocking relationship. The tuning zone of ZPW-2000A jointless track circuit is composed of type 1 tuning unit, rail, air core coil, and type 2 tuning unit. The tuning unit to which the section is connected is capacitive, and the tuning unit to which the adjacent section is connected with the rails and air core coils is inductive. The two parts form a parallel resonance. This paper analyzes the influence of the SVA impedance value of the ZPW-2000A air core coil on the whole resonant circuit, and proposes a method for calculating the quality factor of the small rail circuit in the tuning zone. By improving the quality factor of the tuning zone, the stability of the rail transmission can be improved and the frequency selection performance of the tuning zone can be enhanced.
