This paper introduces a type of software based on CAD platform which takes signal layout plans as software input and automatically generates interlocking tables. The paper also provides the design algorithms of main function modules. Based on the secondary development interface provided by CAD, the CAD drawing block method is used to provide a unified signal element and realize the signal layout plan standardization processing, so that the software can obtain all the information needed to generate interlocking tables from the standardized signal layout plans. In addition, the generated interlocking tables can be provided as standardized engineering design drawings to other parties, thus improving the compiling efficiency of the interlocking tables and greatly reducing the probability of error.

This paper studies the advantages of FlexRay bus, application layer communication protocol and their application in all-electronic execution system. FlexRay bus is used as the internal network scheme of the system, and the hardware platform is constructed based on TMS570LS3137 processor. The main control units in the system are used as FlexRay nodes to communicate through the bus topology. A concrete implementation scheme is proposed in this paper, and the technical key points of FlexRay communication nodes in hardware and software design are discussed, which is helpful to the realization of data security communication transmission in the system.

In automatic block section, TCC judges that the selection for basic unit of occupied logic check function is block section, but the occupation and clearing of track circuit is judged by taking section as basic unit actually. This paper proposes an implementation scheme for logic state judgment taking track section as the unit, compares with the logic state judgment results and code sending protection by taking block section as the basic unit, analyzes that taking the section as basic division unit has more benefits for safety protection, and which has no impact on existing equipment. This paper also prospects the feasibility for the way of the basic unit of logical judgment to be considered in the future.

Aiming at the security of information transmission of dispatching communication service in railway communication system, quantum communication with higher security protection capability is applied to the encryption of business data transmission in railway trunk line dispatching network. The key technologies include quantum key distribution technology, XOR relay technology and co-fiber transmission technology. Taking into consideration the dispatching communication network topology, the network structure of quantum encryption for railway trunk dispatching communication is designed by deploying quantum devices at each dispatching business system node, so as to improve the security and transportation efficiency of train dispatching, freight dispatching and other services in the dispatching system.

In the design of video monitoring engineering, the video storage capacity depends on the number of video channels, storage days and the formats of video storage. However, these are all variables and each change of quantity must be recalculated. Aiming at the above problems, this paper develops a video monitoring storage capacity calculator by using VC++ environment program. A large number of tests and applications in railway engineering design show that the calculator has good robustness.

Based on the functions and positioning of Bishan-Tongliang Line in the urban rail transit network of Chongqing, this paper analyzes the necessity of the application of FAO system from the perspectives of national policy, industry development, network planning, engineering construction and investment growth. The paper shows that FAO system, when applied to Bishan-Tongliang Line, will contribute to project implementation and operation management, and bring about obvious economic benefits and great social significance without a sharp increase in investment, therefore proving the necessity for the application of FAO system.

A formal verification-based hazard prediction technology for FAO system is proposed. With formal methods, the runtime operational behavior is fully verified and possible hazards are predicted. This technique provides a laboratory verification method to prove the operational safety of FAO systems. Train control models are established with hybrid automata combined with line engineering data. Based on on-board equipment operational status and train control data, the reachable set of train operations is computed and hazards are predicated. A runtime verification system is designed and the feasibility of the online hazard prediction technology is verified with a simulation system of Beijing Subway Yanfang Line.

According to the Implementation Guide of "Dual Prevention Mechanism" of Hidden Dangers in Risk Control and Management of Shanghai Urban Rail Transit Operation, this paper focuses on switch equipment as the research object of the dual prevention mechanism, identifies and evaluates the risks of hazards in the maintenance of such equipment, and confirms the levels of risks and control measures. Based on the security risk lists and lists of hidden dangers of accidents, a database is established for switch equipment maintenance operation risks and accidents, so that the classification and control of safety risks and the identification and management of hidden dangers are applied to the routine maintenance of switch equipment.

The case of abnormal EMU train braking during cross-yard operation due to insufficient length of the frequency-shifted track circuit section in Wuyuan Railway Station is analyzed. A solution is proposed to link the timing of code transmission in the frequency-shifted track circuits with the direction of train movement and to make the track circuit section send code information based on conditions. A creative modification scheme of the control relay circuit is introduced to solve the problem of abnormal EMU train braking, avoiding the modification of the train control center software and saving construction period and cost. It can provide significant reference for related problems.

This paper introduces the design for redundant switch of frequency shift transmitter, studies the frequency shift failure problems of transmitter in practical application, mainly including instable redundant switching problems caused by soft fault of transmitter and the inability of the transmitter to self-check its own internal circuit break, therefore to explore feasible solutions from the perspective of transmitter design.

Aiming at the hidden and red-light strap faults of track circuit, by investigating the sending and receiving channels, collecting real-time data and analyzing the interference signal, it is concluded that the mixed line of the code sending channel of the transmitter and section DC power supply causes interference to other sections of the same carrier frequency of the station, and causes the voltage fluctuation of the short rail to flash red-light strap. Through case analysis, the characteristics of this kind of fault are summarized, and the preventive measures and disposal scheme are put forward.

By means of setting virtual shunting signal and referring to the relevant elements of setting shunting signal in interlocking in 6502 electric centralized circuit, the technical conditions of connecting switches between two independent yards in the station are realized by means of route selection, route locking, signal inspection, route unlocking and other technical methods of setting shunting signals. The connection between the two independent yards can realize the purpose of having the independent route in each yard, selecting a complete route and opening the corresponding shunting signal, which provides technical support for ensuring the safety operation of the two yards.
