Abstract: Based on the demand for operation management of Fenghuang Maglev Express  (a cultural tourism line), this paper is dedicated to improve the adaptability of intermittent ATC system to low or medium speed maglev lines. Several functions of the existing and mature intermittent ATC system are improved, including the protection against a train moving past a red light, special control telegrams of the balises, intermittent temporary speed limit, the management of passenger boarding and getting off, system structure improvement, the measurement of speed and distance and other functions. A new control system of intelligent and autonomous operation is developed by such optimization, providing high quality solutions for low or medium speed maglev signal systems.

摘要: 基于凤凰磁浮文化旅游线路运营管理需求,致力于提升点式ATC系统在中低速磁浮线路中的适应性,通过对现有成熟点式ATC系统的闯红灯防护、应答器特殊控制报文、点式临时限速、站台乘降作业、系统结构以及测速测距等功能的改进与提升,优化形成一种智能自主运行的新型控制系统,为中低速磁浮信号系统提供优质解决方案。
