数字化试验信息管理系统的设计与实现

Abstract: In view of the problems such as too much production field test information, heavy test task, low management efficiency, large workload, lack of unified monitoring on site, non-uniform and non-standard storage of test data, and difficult data analysis, the digital and automatic management of the information related to the test process, such as resources, tasks, equipment, personnel, data and so on, is realized by extracting all the iconic data involved in the test process, and the information that can be solidified, to strengthen the collection, processing and mining of information, construct a digital-oriented test information management system integrating test process management, test data collection, transmission, processing, output and release, test equipment management, test personnel management and related data analysis. The standard and reliable storage of test data , fine monitoring of test flow, high integration of test information, flexible and multi-dimensional data analysis, scientific management means have been realized to improve the efficiency of product research and development, reduce the cost of test and management, ensure the quality of products, and improve the efficiency of enterprise management.

摘要: 针对生产现场试验信息多、试验任务重、管理效率低、工作量大、现场缺乏统合监控、测试数据存储不统一、不规范、数据分析难度大等问题,通过提取试验流程涉及的各项标志性数据及可固化的信息,实现与试验流程相关的资源、任务、设备、人员、数据等信息的数字化与自动化管理,加强信息的收集、处理和挖掘,建设面向数字化的试验信息管理系统,形成试验流程管理、试验数据采集、传输、处理、输出、发布、试验设备管理、试验人员管理、相关数据分析于一体的数字化试验信息管理系统。实现试验数据存储规范可靠、试验流程精细监控、试验信息高度集成、数据分析灵活多维、管理手段科学,提高产品研发效率,降低试验及管理成本,保证产品质量,提升企业管理效率。
