Abstract: At present, information-based products are widely used in railway. Aiming at the problems of high cost of product operation and maintenance and shortage of personnel, this paper studies the intelligent operation and maintenance system of information-based onboard products, and introduces the important components of the intelligent operation and maintenance system of information vehicle products, the functions and applications of the intelligent operation and maintenance system such as file transmission, status monitoring and statistics, command request, fault warning, as well as the information security measures adopted in the actual application of the intelligent operation and maintenance system. The system can provide important support for subsequent research on big data and product iteration and upgrade.

摘要： 目前信息化产品广泛运用于铁路，针对产品运维成本过高、人员紧缺等问题，提出信息化车载产品智能运维系统研究。介绍信息化车载产品智能运维系统的重要组成部分；智能运维系统的文件传输、状态监测及统计、指令请求、故障预警等功能及应用；智能运维系统在实际运用中采用的信息安全措施。该系统可为后续大数据相关研究以及产品迭代升级提供重要支撑。
