Abstract: This paper introduces the currently-used traditional operational mode and the existing problems in the handover operation of railway-water intermodal transport. The intelligent detection technology is applied at the loading and unloading lines of the port to detect the line status and the container loading status. Through the collection of high-definition images, videos, infrared images, audio files and other data from the site, and the combination of the above information with machine learning algorithms and such technologies as intelligent identification, the goal of automatically determining the site status and alerting relevant staff is achieved during the handover operation process. The proposed technology has great significance for promoting the construction of smart port areas and green ports, and for achieving truly unmanned loading and unloading operations.

摘要: 介绍目前铁水联运交接作业采用的传统作业模式及存在的问题。在码头装卸线运用智能化检测技术检测线路状态及集装箱装载状态,通过采集现场高清图像、视频、红外成像、音频等数据,结合机器学习算法和智能识别等技术,达到在交接作业流程中对现场状态进行自动判定和告警的目的。该技术对推进智慧港区、绿色港口建设,实现真正的无人化装卸作业具有极其重要的意义。
