多制式轨道交通网络协同模式和关键技术

Abstract: After large-scale construction, the multi-type, long-mileage and high-density rail transit network has become an important support of the improvement of regional transportation service level and the development of urban agglomeration. Concerning the policy direction of four-railway-network integration, promoting the intensive resource usage of multi-type rail transit, optimizing transportation efficiency, promoting regional development and improving synergetic level have become the key issues in the rail transit and regional development. Based on the basic connotation and policy guidance of the multi-type rail transit synergetic development, this paper introduces four main synergetic modes, including independent operation, service integration, interoperability, and regional coordination. This paper also proposes technology system for the synergetic development of multi-type rail transit aiming at the implementation of interoperability and the improvement of service level. The proposed synergetic modes and technology system can provide the theoretical supports and reference for the multi-level and cross-type rail transit synergy integrative development in China.

摘要: 经过大规模建设,多制式、长里程、高密度轨道交通线网已成为区域交通服务水平提升和城镇化与城市群发展的重要支撑。在轨道交通"四网融合"的政策导向下,推动多制式轨道交通集约利用资源、优化运输效率、推进区域发展、提高协同水平已成为轨道交通和区域发展的关键问题。在归纳多制式轨道交通协同发展基本内涵和政策方向的基础上,归纳面向独立运营、服务融合、互联互通和区域协同的4种协同模式。进一步针对互联互通的实施和服务水平的改善提出提升多制式轨道交通协同的关键技术体系。提出的协同模式和技术体系可为国内多层次、跨制式的轨道交通协同与融合发展提供理论支持和借鉴。
