Abstract: When the long-distance three-phase AC switch disconnects control wire X1 in the outdoor switch box, the indoor indication relays of switch are prone to failures that cannot be reliably released. Combined with the engineering case, this paper analyzes the cause of the failure through the principle of switch control circuit, and puts forward the scheme of independent station, the scheme of main station + substation, the scheme of dividing the control cable and the ditch, and the scheme of dividing the control cable and the indication cable, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of schemes, gives the corresponding project implementation suggestions, which provide technical reference for the follow-up long-distance three-phase AC switch control.

摘要: 远距离三相交流道岔在室外道岔箱盒中断开X1控制芯线,室内道岔表示继电器易发生不能可靠落下的故障。结合工程案例,通过道岔控制电路原理对故障原因进行分析,提出独立线路所方案、主站+子站方案、控制电缆芯线分缆分沟方案、控制芯线与表示芯线分设方案,并对方案的优缺点进行分析,给出相应工程实施建议,为后续远距离三相交流道岔控制提供技术参考。
