This paper introduces the scheme of realizing automatic execution platform by simulating manual operation with computer technology in computer based interlocking simulation test. By analyzing the current situation of computer based interlocking simulation test, this paper puts forward the solution of developing automatic execution platform, and then discusses the scheme realization of the platform from the main aspects of task design, function interface, execution process, etc. Finally, the effect of the solution is verified through the application of the first version of the platform in the example station, and the next stage goal and future value of the platform research are analyzed

In order to solve the problems of not unified plan in railway hub area and low efficiency, marshalling station integrated automation concept is used for reference to research the railway freight station integrated automation system, which realizes the integration of planning, traffic and shunting control of marshalling stations and surrounding stations in railway hubs and coordination of locomotive, vehicle, station, freight and other resources, supervises the implementation of actual operations as planned, and realizes the two-level control of dispatching post macro-control and hub fine management that maximizes the utilization of transportation resources to meet the needs of railway transportation development in the new era. This paper describes the requirements and objectives of integrated automation system of railway freight hub, and introduces the scheme, structure and function of the system. The system has been applied in Jinzhou, Shanhaiguan, Siping and other hubs of Shenyang Railway Bureau, and it is required to be used in all hubs of the national railways and in the management mode of a large station with small stations

This paper mainly introduces the control strategy and logic of dual-network and dual hot-standby system. The traditional master-backup control method has not been used for dual-network, but the same information is transmitted on the two networks at the same time, and the middle layer software of network node equipment is responsible for parsing messages. This dual-network structure does not need switching, and improves efficiency. On the basis of dual-network, dual hot-standby system monitors and manages the active and backup status through the heartbeat signals. This paper introduces a dynamic route planning method to solve the problem of automatic transfer of shunting operation plan into interlocking route. The station (yard) is abstracted as an undirected link graph, and the shortest path from the starting track to the ending track is solved by using Dijkstra algorithm. The fuzzy matching algorithm is used to match the equipment in the basic path and the equipment in the shortest path of the interlocking table according to the sequence and the real-time status of the equipment, and obtain the correct path combination, to achieve dynamic path planning.

In daily CTCS-3 (C3 for short) wireless timeout analysis, some faults cannot be accurately located and analyzed due to the incompletion of existing monitoring methods, resulting in many cases where the analysis results are unknown. In order to accurately analyze C3 wireless timeout caused by the abnormal CSD link between the core network (MSC) and BTS, such as frame reverse sequence, frame jump, single pass, etc. It is necessary to enable C3 service monitoring to completely monitor network signaling and related service data of each interface between base station and MSC. Taking a certain high-speed railway train as an example, this paper accurately locates the C3 wireless link timeout cause by adding monitoring module of interface monitoring system, comparing and analyzing the service data. It provides a reference to optimize GSM-R wireless network and overcome the shortage of equipment hardware.

The railway video operation and maintenance management system aims to establish a video-oriented comprehensive monitoring platform to achieve unified display and management, integrating real-time monitoring, quality assessment, production management, analysis and decision, assessment and evaluation. The system design is performed from the equipment layer, real-time analysis layer, platform layer and application layer, adopting the method of fault positioning combined with graph diagnosis and network management data association, to realize the integrated operation and maintenance management system where the operation of the upper layer is supported by the operation of the bottom layer. The system assists operation and maintenance managers to judge the security and stability of video operation and provides strong support for the operation and maintenance decisions.

With the large-scale popularization and application of the STP-yh radio shunting cab signal and monitoring system, the pressure of the STP-yh system in management, maintenance and emergency handling of faults has become increasingly prominent. Through the analysis of Fresnel radius in the theory of radio electromagnetic wave transmission, combined with the actual situation of STP-yh system, this paper gets several important factors that affect the radio transmission performance of STP-yh system. Therefore, it provides theoretical basis for STP-yh system in the aspects of pre-research, vehicle and ground antenna installation and fault handling, etc., and puts forward several improvement suggestions to ensure the safe and stable operation of STP-yh system.

Aiming at the problem of the inconsistent operation control modes of the existing depot/parking lot and the main line of Suzhou rail transit line 2, a strategy is proposed to reform the depot/parking lot ATP system to improve the efficiency of trains entering and leaving the depot, and enhance the safety protection of the depot/parking lot. Through the comparative analysis of the three reform schemes, combined with the actual operation status of signaling system of depot/parking lot and the main line of Suzhou rail Transit line 2, this paper puts forward the optimization measures, which can provide technical support for ATP system reform of Suzhou rail transit depot/parking lot.

In the support of new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of things, mobile payment, biometrics, block chain, through flat management mode, integrating online and offline resources, the ticket process is reconstructed, and a series of "Internet plus" intelligent terminal devices are derived. In the case of virtual coupling without actual physical connection, multiple trains can form a logical unit virtually coupled through cooperative control to realize joint train control and dispatching. Based on the traditional CBTC system, this paper introduces the virtual coupling application in the CBTC system, and analyzes key technologies and the architecture of CBTC system using virtual coupling. The virtual coupling application in the CBTC system makes the operation more flexible and can greatly shorten the train operation interval. The research of virtual coupling provides ideas and references for future train control system.

The rationality of automatic fare collection (AFC) terminal equipment configuration is the key to the efficient and safe operation of the station. At present, the calculation of AFC terminal equipment is based on relevant specifications to meet the predicted passenger flow in short-term and long-term peak hours by stages, without considering the law of passenger arrival and the random nature of facility services. Considering the characteristics of passenger arrival, this paper introduces the concept of queuing theory and establishes a queuing model. Through calculation, the queuing time, service time and other indicators under different conditions can be directly obtained, which intuitively reflects the service quality corresponding to the setting configuration. Finally, an example is calculated and analyzed to verify the scientificity of this method. This study provides a scientific basis for AFC equipment configuration and layout optimization.

The performance of the power supply system of Wenzhou rail transit line S1, especially the performance of the traction power supply system, is easily affected by in-phase power supply devices and the severe weather in the coastal area. In order to ensure the quality of traction power supply, this paper proposes a scheme based on small-unit power supply. This scheme can not only provide cross-division traction power supply from catenaries and switching substations, but also reduce the delays caused by failures, demonstrating potential value of application in suburban rail field.

The distributed capacitance increases with the turnout control distance becoming longer, and the accumulation of capacitance has a great impact on the normal operation of turnout indication relay. Through the theoretical analysis of the causes of the formation of distributed capacitance, the factors affecting the distributed capacitance are obtained, and the methods to reduce and solve the distributed capacitance in engineering application are put forward. Freight system is an important subsystem of information system. This paper focuses on describing and studying the current situation of railway freight system in Mombasa-Nairobi and Nairobi-Malaba railways in Kenya as well as the more intelligent development trend to be faced. It also clearly puts forward the new business expansion and development direction of railway freight system and other information systems in Kenya and future African railway projects.
