In this paper, a new solution of LKJ on-board data wireless reloading system is proposed based on the analysis of the hidden safety dangers of wrong reloading and missing reloading caused by the management loopholes of LKJ data reloading in the current process of "manual control" data reloading operation of national railway train operation monitoring device (shortened as: LKJ). The purpose of this paper is to break through the bottleneck that LKJ on-board data is manually reloaded in the library or on the way. Based on the wireless communication network, on the premise of ensuring safety and reliability, it is of great significance to solve the problems caused by the manual reloading operation of LKJ on-board data, improve the efficiency of data reloading operation, and ensure the safety of railway transportation.

When satellite positioning is applied in the train control system, it is necessary to use electronic map files that can describe the geographic coordinate information of track. In this paper, two methods of describing curved rail are discussed and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the line segment approximation method is proposed to be more beneficial to engineering application and implementation. Then the error of curved rail approximate description using line segment approximate points is analyzed quantitatively, and the method of determination of approximate point interval based on the maximum error is proposed. This method can not only ensure the accuracy of track description but also effectively reduce the data amount of electronic map.

For the subsystem RMU (Resource Manage Unit) of new train control system (C4D-I), which is an innovative product without clear technical specification, a method of requirement analysis and test case design based on SCADE is proposed. This method builds models for requirements and test case on basis of SCADE architect modul. It avoids the problems of requirement incomplete, fuzzy and missing caused by traditional manual analysis, and at the same time, the results of requirement analysis provide necessary guarantee for test case design. The test case design method presented in this paper provides a set of test cases in matrix form, which provides preliminary preparation for the automatic generation of test case.

In European Train Control System, when a train runs across regions or countries, the train may not adapt to the loading gauge, traction system and axle load category supported by the railway line ahead, and the on-board equipment is required to monitor the route suitability. The trackside equipment provides to the on-board equipment with route suitability data ahead of the train. The on-board equipment monitors whether the train adapts to the line ahead and carries out safety protection to ensure the safety of train operation. This paper introduces the basic concept of route suitability, and expounds the basic principle and common scenario of on-board equipment monitoring route suitability data.

In ETCS, the overrun protection technology and release speed are adopted for the movement authority of a train, but this setting has been cancelled in CTCS. In this paper, the background, application scenario and completion algorithm are described. The research on the design and algorithm of the release speed is of great significance for completing the braking curve of European standard, ETCS research&development, and even improving CTCS and signal system by learning from signal system of European standard.

The wide application of cloud technology is a new trend of information technology development. The railway video monitoring system needs the strong support of cloud technology from the perspective of storage extensibility and safety as well as centralized management and big data collection. The application of cloud technology will also bring new safety problems, such as cloud data safety risk, virtualization safety risk, illegal access risk and so on. This paper briefly analyzes the safety problems faced by railway video monitoring system and the corresponding safety technical scheme.

This paper puts forward the concept and architecture of multi-cloud management platform, and sorts out the microservice platform reference model and its capability requirements in combination with the characteristics and requirements of multi-cloud management for railway enterprises. How to coordinate and handle the relationship between the three key factors in the practice of multi-cloud management determines the success or failure of multi-cloud management in the enterprise. Finally, it illustrates the typical scenario-cloud migration, and summarizes the application results. The multi-cloud management practice effectively promotes the standardization of enterprise information infrastructure resource management and improves the efficiency of enterprise informatization and intelligent management.

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, by analyzing the existing temperature measuring module and the existing gate system, a temperature measuring module is added in the design of common gate, which can avoid touching the body surface temperature of passengers, and control the entrance and exit in combination with the opening and closing of the gate, thus providing strong support for epidemic prevention and control.

As a medium volume urban rail transit system, straddle-monorail mainly controls train operation and meanwhile guarantees the safety of a train by signalling system. When the signalling system fails, the staffs of straddle-monorail system must organize train operation through lookout and manual preparing routes. At this time, even though a small human mistake will lead to a train fallling off from the track beam which will cause serious injuries and facilities. In order to improve the safety of straddle-monorail system, this paper designs a turnout auxiliary protection system considering the characteristics of straddle-monorail. This system can stop the train in the safe area in case of signalling system failure, and ensure the safety of train operation so as to reduce the operation risk caused by human operating errors.

In order to convert XML files into object instances of C++, this paper presents an interconversion method between XML files and C++ objects. The structure of XML file and the metatype system of QT are studied. Starting with the XML root node, each node of XML file is traversed by depth-first reading algorithm. The content and attributes of node are assembled into C++ object instances. The nested relationship among elements of XML file is preserved. The whole XML file can be read according to this relationship, or only the content of the corresponding node can be read as needed. Finally, an example is given to verify the correctness and validity of the method and demonstrate its simplicity and efficiency.

The signaling system design scheme of Lingzhuang block post at the newly built Huang-Da railway proves that by flexibly using the existing cut points of sectional track circuit, the influence of inserting branching turnout on the sectional signal distribution point can be effectively reduced, the wide range of relocation of trackside signal equipment can be avoided, thus the investment costs can be significantly saved. Based on the train operation and railway line mode, the advantages and disadvantages of the three interlocking control modes for block post, which are independent interlocking control, directly controlled by adjacent station and regional interlocking control, are analyzed from the aspects of technical difficulties, personnel allocation and engineering investment.

The turnout starting circuit of ZYJ7 type point machine in railway speed-increasing section is improved, and an integrated phase breaker (DBQ) with time-delay breaking function is designed to cut off the motor starting circuit at the specified time, so as to prevent the turnout action not to be in place due to failure, no indication after in place and jamming phenomenon. It can save a time relay and simplify the starting circuit in accordance with the fail-safe principle.
