Abstract: In order to provide better subway operation services for passengers and to provide differentiated services for different passengers, this paper takes mobile payment data as the research object, and establishes an analysis model through data collection and processing, so as to compile consumer profiles for subways. This method provides the data support for more targeted operation management, and provides the scientific and powerful decision-making basis for operation decisions.

摘要: 为更好的为乘客出行做好地铁运营服务工作,为不同的乘客提供差异化服务,以移动支付数据为研究对象,通过对数据进行采集及处理,建立分析模型,从而形成乘客画像。乘客画像为精细化运营管理提供数据支撑,为运营决策提供科学有力的决策依据。
