Abstract: During the tests of power module material and certain single-boards, oscilloscopes will be used to measure the ripple of power module, but the operators often find that the measured data is inconsistent with the manual data or the ripple waveform is difficult to be captured directly and quickly. This work consumes manpower and labor, and affects the accuracy and efficiency of the test due to improper operation or setting. If purchasing special ripple test instrument and equipment or special probe, the price will be very expensive. In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the causes of power ripple formation and the operation principle of common probe used to test ripple signal, and proposes a new test technology for ripple small signal probe to meet the test requirements.

摘要: 在电源模块物料检测和某些单板测试时,会使用示波器对电源模块进行纹波测量,但操作人员经常发现测量数据与手册数据不符或者有纹波波形难以直接快速捕捉的情况,此项工作耗费人力工时,但却因操作或设置不当影响到测试准确度和测试效率;如果采购专用纹波测试仪器设备或专用探头则价格十分昂贵。针对以上问题对电源纹波形成的原因及测试纹波信号常用探头工作原理进行分析,并优化提出一种新型纹波小信号探头测试技术以满足测试需求。
